Where is my order coming from?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

When will my order be shipped?

Since our products are made to order, production takes 5 to 9 business days before shipment.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After the production period, delivery typically takes 15 to 30 business days(weekends and holidays don't count as bussiness days, depending on your location and shipping provider.

Are there duty & custom fees?

  • For most countries, pricing includes all duties, taxes, and fees.
  • However, some countries may charge additional customs fees upon parcel arrival.
  • By purchasing from us, you agree to pay any additional duty, taxes, or fees required in your country.
  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in parcel forfeiture, and in such cases, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Click on "View My Order" in the email to access your tracking details.

Are estimated shipping and transit times guaranteed?

No, all shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.

Do you ship to all countries?

Almost! If we ship to your country, you will see it as an option when entering your shipping address during checkout. If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we do not currently ship there.


📢 Important Shipping Notice – Relay Points 📢

  • If you change your shipping method to a Relay Point after placing your order, Diamondpaintingshops is no longer responsible for the package once it has been transferred.
  • If a Relay Point loses or misplaces your package, we will not issue refunds or replacements.
  • We strongly recommend choosing a secure and reliable shipping method.

📦 Shipping & Loss Policy – Diamondpaintingshops

Diamondpaintingshops is not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery (including porch theft or any kind of theft). Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility.

In the case of a lost package, customers must provide official proof of loss from the delivery company (such as a formal statement or case number) in order for us to assist further.

We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery address or using a collection point if package theft is a concern in your area.
