Return Policy

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us with your order details and a reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in perfect resalable condition, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

If a returned item is not in resalable condition (e.g., opened box, writing on packaging, opened diamond bags, applied diamonds), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


Returns Are Not Accepted If:

The item has been used.

The customer made an error when ordering (e.g., wrong model, wrong quantity, incorrect selection).

The order has already been fulfilled and shipped.


Return Shipping Costs

Diamondpaintingshops does not provide prepaid return labels.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A trackable shipping service is required—without it, we cannot process the return.

Refund Policy

Important Note:
All our kits are made to order. Because of this, we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If your canvas arrives damaged or you are missing drills:

We will send a replacement canvas or the missing drills.

Alternatively, we may offer store credit to be used on a future order.

Photo or video proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer made an ordering mistake.

Reselling Disclaimer

At Diamondpaintingshops, we want to clarify our stance on reselling activities:

We are not responsible for any reselling done by customers.

Once an order is placed, full ownership is transferred to the buyer.

Any resale is at the customer’s own discretion.

Refunds, exchanges, or customer support will only be provided to the original purchaser—not to third-party buyers.

Diamondpaintingshops will not be responsible for any cancellations, refunds, or returns if a reselling customer decides to abandon their order.


Diamondpaintingshops does not authorize or take responsibility for any reselling activities conducted by customers.
If you wish to resell our products, you must obtain a valid reseller license and receive written approval from Diamondpaintingshops.
Unauthorized reselling is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for trademark and copyright infringement.
We reserve the right to report unlicensed resellers to the appropriate legal authorities and take action against any individual or business violating our reselling policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed.
Due to our automated fulfillment system, cancellations are time-sensitive and not always possible.
If an order cannot be canceled, the customer must follow the return process.

Wrong Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a full refund will not be issued.
If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may request reshipment at their expense.

Relay Point Shipping Notice

If you change your shipping method to a Relay Point after placing your order, please note:
Diamondpaintingshops is no longer responsible for your package once it has been transferred to a Relay Point.
If a Relay Point loses or misplaces your package, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
We strongly recommend using a secure and reliable shipping method.

📦 Shipping & Loss Policy – Diamondpaintingshops


Diamondpaintingshops is not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery (including porch theft or any kind of theft). Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility.


In the case of a lost package, customers must provide official proof of loss from the delivery company (such as a formal statement or case number) in order for us to assist further.


We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery address or using a collection point if package theft is a concern in your area.
